Program description
FamilyResourcePath Updates is a text message program operated by Apex Business Advising LLC d/b/a FamilyResourcePath. When you opt in at familyresourcepath.org/get-updates, you choose one or both message types, each with its own unchecked checkbox:
- Informational / account notifications: sign-up confirmations, subscription and preference changes, and alerts when new FamilyResourcePath guides or tools are published.
- Marketing / promotional updates: seasonal reminders (such as tax season, back-to-school, and winter energy prep), new free tools and guides, and featured content from FamilyResourcePath.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to use the Site or any of its guides, tools, or resources, and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also opt out by emailing support@familyresourcepath.org.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
